Booking

A booking made on the website is a request: it becomes firm when Cinderella Elite confirms it by WhatsApp or e-mail. The price shown at the time of the request is guaranteed for the selected journey, date and car.

Prices

Prices are in Tunisian dinars, all taxes included. They include the chauffeur, fuel and 30 minutes of waiting. For by-the-day bookings, one day means 8 hours (10:00 to 18:00) and its price depends on the region; each additional hour is charged at the car’s hourly rate.

Payment

Payment options (secure link, bank transfer or cash) are shared with the confirmation. For by-the-day bookings, a 30% deposit may be requested.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up time. After that, the booking is non-refundable. Cancel by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail.

Waiting and delays

The chauffeur waits free of charge for 30 minutes after the scheduled time (or after landing, if the flight number was provided). Beyond that, waiting time may be charged.

Luggage and passengers

The number of passengers and bags must not exceed the capacity of the selected car. The chauffeur may refuse dangerous loads or behaviour that compromises safety.

Personal data

Your details are only used to organise your journey and contact you. They are neither sold nor shared, except with the chauffeur assigned to your ride. You can request their deletion at getintouch@cinderella-elite.com.
