Frequently asked questions
Is the price final?
Yes. It is calculated for your journey and includes the chauffeur, fuel and 30 minutes of waiting. For by-the-day bookings, only hours beyond the booking are charged extra.
How do I pay?
Once confirmed, you receive the payment options: secure payment link, bank transfer or cash. Card payment directly on the website is coming very soon.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. After that, the booking is non-refundable.
My flight is delayed — what happens?
Add your flight number when booking: your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time.
Can I book for someone else?
Of course. Add the passenger’s name and number in the message — that is who the chauffeur will contact.
How far in advance should I book?
Online, at least 6 hours before. For last-minute requests, message us on WhatsApp — we always do our best.
